COOKING AND SURROUNDINGS 
			
			Cacciatora Lamb 
			Ingredients 
				
				
				1 kilo of lamb
				
				3 filetti di
				
				anchovy
				
				1 fragments of garlic
				
				1 sprig of   rosemary
				
				1 glass of vinnegar   
			Preparation: 
			Rinse the lamb abundantly, then cut into pieces. 
			do brown in a pot to fire with the garlic and Olive 
			branch of rosemary 
			Season with salt and pepper, taking care not to burn. 
			When lamb is well browned, soaked with vinegar, if you attach, add a 
			little water and cover. 
			Continue 
			cooking over low heat.  
			At the end of cooking  add the anchovies (already 
			chopped and dissolved in hot water glass medium) do flavour for 
			a minute, remove lamb from fire and serve hot
