			Ingredients for 4 persons   
			Preparation 
			Prepare the nettle and spinachs chopping and 
			combining them, parboil the rise and after that add  the vegetables, 
			cream, pepper and  salt   
			Boil the rise and mind that the rise doesn’t  stick 
			in the bottom.  
			
			As soon as you switch off the fire, add  in the 
			bottom butter and parmisan cheese, melt warm and then serve it.
