			Meat balls of 
			
			Ricotta and spinachs 
			Ingredients 
				
				
				
				ricotta, 
				
				
				an 
				egg
				
				
				
				spinachs, 
				
				
				muscat nut, 
				
				
				tomato, 
				
				
				olive oil, 
				
				
				salt
				
				
				a potato, 
				
				
				flour, 
				
				
				parmisan cheese,
				
				
				breadcrumb.   
Procedure:  
			
			Combine to the Ricotta  spinachs well boiled in water 
			and previously cutted with a  fork, add  a pinch of salt to taste, a 
			boiled and crushed potato , an egg and mix it all. 
			If the compound would be too liquid add breadcrumbs. 
			make balls with the compound passing it in the flour, make  her 
			Brown in boiling olive oil quickly and when they will be gilded 
			remove them  from the fire. Make a fast sauce with garlic oil and 
			tomato. 
			Serve sprinkled with sauce and Parmesan cheese 
			 You can convert into a flan of pasta mixing them 
			with TORTIGLIONI and mozzarella cheese that have to be re-melt in 
			the oven.
