COOKING AND SURROUNDINGS
Ingredients for 4 persons:
Clean and boil the chicken with the onion, cut in the
meantime the celery into strips, about 3 cm long, burn them for 5
minutes and allow to cool
Cook the mushrooms. When the chicken is ready drain
it, remove the bones and cut into pieces.
Put everything in a salad bowl and dress it with
soya sauce, beansprout, mushrooms, pepper and salt.
