COOKING AND SURROUNDINGS 
			
			Tagliolini with salmon 
			Ingredients for 4 persons:  
				
				
				500 grams of tagliolini pasta, 
				
				50 grams di smoked salmon,
				
				
				¼ of cooking cream, 
				
				60 grams of butter,
				
				
				2 spoons of tomato soup,
				
				
				salt   
			Preparation: 
			
			Prepare the salmon into strips thin, and put them in 
			a frying pan, fry with about 30 grams of butter, add the tomato and 
			after 5 minutes the cream. 
			Meanwhile boil water and after that put in the pasta. 
			At the end of coking  drain it well and drop in the 
			pan  (always leave a little cooking water for every occasion). Add 
			the butter  and melt everything.  Serve 
			hot.
