COOKING AND SURROUNDINGS 
SPAGHETTI WITH FRESH MACKEREL 
Ingredients for 6 people: 
 
	
	
	one fresh mackerel, 
	
	
	800 grams spaghetti noodle 
	
	
	2 garlic clove, 
	
	
	half a glass 
white wine, 
	
	400 grams small tomatoes (cherry shaped), 
	
	
	2 table spoon grounded 
bread, 
	
	hot chilly,
	
	
	olive oil, 
	
	
	salt,
	
	
	parsley. 
  
Procedure:  
 very carefully 
clean the mackerel, remove all of its bones and cut it into small pieces. Place 
a pen on a stove fire with the garlic and the chilly, fry a bit, add the 
pieces of mackerel, pour the wine, once the wine has evaporated add the tomatoes 
in pieces and salt. Now cook for about ten more minutes. This sauce is the 
seasoning you will put on your spaghetti, you have just boiled in water and the 
right quantity of salt and they have been boiled and strained immediately before 
serving them. It is now time to adorn your dish with the grounded bread 
and parsley.
